Troy Depot Commission Meeting Minutes
February 22, 2011
Attendees: Veronica (Roni) Hoffmann, Valerie Britton, Kacey Clarke, John Satas
Absent: Robert Hall, Ralph Wentworth
Before the meeting opened Joshua Benner resigned effective immediately.
1. Chairman Hoffmann opened the meeting at 6:04 p.m. Members present accepted Joshua’s resignation as official.
2. Budget – Balance in General Fund was $2,882.50 from the town accounting. Valerie’s accounting reflects $3,054.99 with a difference of $340.47. Roni will contact Cindy for a detailed report and research the difference further.
3. Station Master’s Office – John has agreed to have the telegraph table completed by Memorial Day.
4. Electricity – It was suggested that we ask the Little Monadnock Family Trails to make a donation for some of the expense of the exterior trackside security light.
5. Fundraisers –
· The NHVR Illustration sold. Sale price was $65.00 - $3.00 shipping.
Profit was $62.00 with a 10% Donation to the Depot of $6.20 from John Satas.

· Chicken BBQ and Movie at Sand Dam was discussed. Possible dates are June 25th or July 9. Roni will ask the Recreation Committee if they want to join us in this effort. Details will be discussed at the next meeting after Roni speaks with Lisa Steadman.
· Valerie had a VHS tape converted to DVD of the Towns 175th Anniversary compliments of the McPherson’s. John has agreed to design a cover and Valerie will work on the details of the tape. It would be nice to copies available to sell during the BBQ event. To benefit the depot restoration the McPherson’s also signed copyright over to the depot for the sale of more historical tapes.
6. Strategic Plan – Roni asked the members to compile a list of things they
would like to see accomplished and have it available for the next meeting.
